Paul has over 15 years experience in research and development, many with international service and heating companies. Paul has been involved in the leading edge development of complex oil and gas pipeline servicing tools and has bought the disciplines of that experience and knowledge to Roo-Can Manufacturing Inc.

Paul is an accredited journeyman machinist/millwright trained in AutoCAD design and is currently studying for a fourth class steam ticket.
